1. Controller and scope
Longview Holdings, the Moroccan company operating Dakhla Concierge, is the controller for website inquiries. This policy refers to Moroccan Law 09-08 and does not claim CNDP filings or authorizations have already been obtained.
2. Data processed
Depending on the form: name, email, phone, country, dates, traveler counts, services, optional budget, message and property details. Date, language and accepted legal versions are recorded as consent evidence. Required fields enable inquiry handling; optional fields may remain empty. Do not send health data, identity documents or banking details.
3. Purposes and consent
Data is used to respond, prepare proposals and follow up inquiries. The form collects consent to processing. Acceptance is not a booking. News consent is separate, optional and revocable; refusal does not prevent requesting a quote. Legal obligations may require retention of certain elements.
4. Recipients and external tools
Requests are stored using the Lovable Cloud hosting and services configured for the site, and are accessible to authorised administrators. Only the information needed for an agreed service may be shared with the relevant participants. When you send a message to the online concierge, your message and the conversation history are sent, via Lovable AI Gateway, to an artificial intelligence model provided by Google (Gemini) to prepare a reply; do not share sensitive or banking data. Translations are stored within the site: switching language does not use any external translation service. Flag images are loaded from FlagCDN. On pages with a currency converter, a connection to Open ER API retrieves exchange rates. These providers may receive the technical data needed for the connections, including the IP address. WhatsApp and social network links take you to third-party services only when you open them; their own terms and policies apply. Fonts and embedded images are served by the site. No advertising, audience measurement or mapping tool is currently configured on the site.
5. Retention
Reference periods are: unconverted inquiries, 12 months; customer data, throughout the relationship then 3 years; news consent evidence, 3 years after withdrawal; technical logs, 12 months; cookie choices, 6 months on the device. Legal obligations or disputes may require different retention. These are management rules, not a claim of automatic deletion. Health data must not be sent; separately authorized lawful processing would have a reference period of 30 days after the stay.
6. Rights and contact
You may request access and correction and exercise opposition under Law 09-08. You may request deletion where applicable and withdraw consent for the future. Contact Longview Holdings through the contact form; only necessary, proportionate identity checks may be requested. You may contact the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
7. Security and international transfers
Access to inquiries is restricted. Technical services may process data outside Morocco. Longview Holdings must verify locations, contractual safeguards and required CNDP formalities before such transfers; this policy neither authorizes transfers nor proves compliance. No card payments are offered.
