1. Scope
Longview Holdings operates Dakhla Holidays to assist travelers and coordinate owner services. These terms cover inquiries. The written quote and, where relevant, property management mandate define each assignment subject to mandatory law.
2. Inquiry, quote and confirmation
An inquiry, chatbot exchange or estimate is not a booking. Before commitment, a written proposal identifies services, dates, provider or contracting party, confirmed availability, total price, taxes and fees, currency, payments, changes and cancellation terms. Your acceptance and written confirmation under those arrangements are required. No payment is collected on this website.
3. Services and safety
The proposal defines scope and responsibilities. Activities depend on weather, access and safety. Participants must follow provider instructions, age, skill and capacity restrictions and required permissions. Changes must be communicated and agreed without removing mandatory rights.
4. Owner services
Rental listing or management requires a separate agreement defining permissions, delegated tasks, commissions or fees, keys, inspections, upkeep and handling of funds. Owners must have authority to entrust the property and provide necessary information. Revenue estimates are indicative with no occupancy or return guarantee. No numerical commission is set on this website.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Service-specific conditions are provided before commitment; no universal percentage or deadline is stated here. Applicable legal rights, including any withdrawal right and exceptions, are explained for the contract concerned. Sending an inquiry is not a booking contract. The cancellation policy supplements these terms.
6. Complaints and liability
Report difficulties through the contact form with relevant references and no sensitive data. Parties seek an amicable solution without imposing unagreed complaint deadlines or limiting remedies. No clause globally excludes the legal liability of Longview Holdings or a provider.
7. Data and applicable law
Inquiry data is processed under the privacy policy. Moroccan law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not impose an exclusive court or contractual reference language.
