1. Before confirmation
An information or quote inquiry is not a booking. You may tell us you do not wish to proceed. As the website collects no payments, submitting an inquiry creates no amount to refund.
2. After an agreement
Changes, any fees, cancellation and refunds are defined in the accepted quote or contract and must be disclosed before commitment. No universal scale, deposit or refund deadline is stated here.
3. Weather, safety and unavailability
When an activity is prevented or changed, the provider and Longview Holdings consider solutions under the agreement and law, such as postponement, an accepted alternative or a refund where due. Credit cannot be the sole solution where law requires otherwise.
4. Requests and rights
Use the contact form with your proposal or booking reference and request. Mandatory rights, including withdrawal where applicable and remedies for nonperformance, remain preserved.
