2. Role of Dakhla Holidays
Services may be performed by independent local providers. The contracting party, each participant’s role and service terms are identified in the written proposal before any commitment. Listing an activity does not certify its provider.
3. Hosting and technical services
The website runs on secure hosting infrastructure for operation, request storage and administration access. Additional languages are translations stored within the website, with no external translation service. The online concierge uses an artificial intelligence service.
4. Intellectual property and imagery
Names, logos, text and creative works are protected by applicable rights. Commercial reproduction requires the rights holder’s authorization unless legally excepted.
